The Saudi Student Clubs in Australia had recently organized several closing ceremonies celebrating the achievements of the clubs in 2015. During the year, a series of cultural, academic, scientific and social events had been organized by Saudi students across a number of major cities in Australia.

Saudi Student Clubs in Australia have been successful in implementing the major activity plan of the clubs, including celebrating Eid Al Fitr and Eid Al Adha; Saudi National Day; participating in Australian cultural festivals; other cultural, academic and entertaining activities, as well as sporting activities and social gatherings organized by Saudi Student Societies affiliates to the clubs, in collaboration with other student associations at Australian universities. Such events and activities had aimed at fostering co-operation and brotherliness between sponsored students and providing a familiar social environment for their companions and families. The clubs had also organized scientific activities, training courses and specialized and general workshops throughout the year.

Dr. Abdulaziz Bin Taleb, Saudi Cultural Attaché to Australia, has appraised the great efforts made by the clubs during the 2015 round. Dr. Bin Taleb also lauded the scientific, academic and cultural activities and events organized by the clubs, as well as their participation in Australian events, confirming that sponsored students have always been a good support to SACM in implementing its role of boosting the cultural and academic exchange between Saudi Arabia and Australia. He wished success for all Saudi students in their academic and professional endeavours.
