SACM’s heads of departments meetings concluded

The Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM) to Australia concluded at the end of last week a series of meetings held between the Cultural Attaché, Deputy Attachés and department managers over the last two weeks. The meetings had reviewed duties and work plans of SACM’s departments for 2016. Each department presented a paper explaining work strategies and procedures, and goals of their department for 2016. They also highlighted arrangements set by each department to address and overcome any obstacles that may interrupt the course of work.

The meetings had been attended by heads of the following departments: Office of the Cultural Attaché; Academic Affairs Department; Finance & Administrative Affairs Department; Cultural & Social Affairs Department; E-Support and IT Department; Public Relations Department. A follow-up meeting will be held at the end of the first quarter of 2016 to review the departments’ achievements during that quarter and to discuss barriers or proposals that may have emerged, and any relevant strategies and solutions.
